Liz O’Neill is Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and a member of the Worldwide Leadership Team. Liz is responsible for Levi Strauss & Co.’s (LS&Co.) Global Supply Chain, overseeing the company’s sustainability programs, product development, sourcing, planning, logistics and distribution of over 150 million units annually, produced in 20 countries with over 150 suppliers and vendors worldwide. She is also responsible for our Eureka Lab the global headquarters of our innovation initiatives.

Through her firsthand experiences, Liz understands the challenges facing the apparel industry. As the leader of LS&Co.’s global supply chain she delivers on the company’s ability to drive Profits through Principles, leading the company’s efforts in reducing its environmental impact and supporting societal change with our vendor Worker Well-being programs. Her approach relies on open source sharing to solve industry wide issues and create a more productive and sustainable supply chain.

Prior to joining LS&Co., Liz spent 13 years at Gap, Inc. in both Gap’s San Francisco and New York headquarters. While at Gap, Liz held leadership roles in both Gap Brand and Old Navy, overseeing sourcing and production management for Gap’s global brands. Prior to joining Gap Inc., Liz spent several years at The Disney Store in Los Angeles and Abercrombie and Fitch in Ohio, holding positions in both merchandising and product management. Liz also serves on the Board of the Levi Strauss Foundation and is a past volunteer and Trustee of the Gap Foundation Board.
