Michael Bode, Vice President for Distribution Solutions at Adidas. Adidas is a leading sporting goods company with net sales of 21,2 Bn € in 2017.
In his 16 years at Adidas, Michael assumed various roles in IT and business, in global and local functions. Michael successfully implemented ERP solutions, lead a global PLM organization and its digital creation process, established business focused local IT organizations in Asia Pacific and Latin American countries and, managed the digital readiness for the 2014 Brazil world cup.
Since mid-2014, Michael works in the Adidas Supply Chain organization, leading interdisciplinary teams from program management, engineering and IT. Responsibility includes defining a distribution network strategy, delivering large-scale distribution projects, managing a global PMO function and drive distribution innovation.
Prior joining Adidas, Michael worked 10 years in an international consulting firm in Germany and the US, focusing on business and IT consulting.
Michael holds his master degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick (UK), after completing his first business engineering degree at Fachhochschule Offenburg (Germany).
