Greg Jozwiak is Corporate Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Dow. He oversees the global strategy for customer service, supply chain and logistics to advance Dow’s growth and business strategies. He also co-chairs the executive team responsible for setting the strategic direction and defining the Company priorities.
In his role, Greg is responsible for driving an end-to-end customer experience throughout Dow’s planning & scheduling, customer service, logistics and invoice-to-cash services. This includes working across 45,000 customer locations with shipping sites in 160 countries and coordinating with over 2,000 logistics partners. Integrated Supply Chain supports Dow’s market-driven, industry-leading portfolio of advanced materials, industrial intermediates, and plastics businesses. Together they deliver a broad range of differentiated technology-based products and solutions for customers in high-growth markets that include packaging, infrastructure, and consumer care.
Greg’s 32 year career with Dow includes business management leadership in the packaging, automotive and building and construction industries with product and application knowledge across plastics, elastomers, adhesives and insulation materials. In addition, Greg has experience working in supply chain, purchasing, shared services, and customer service.
As a leader, Greg is passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse workplace throughout his global organization, modernizing the customer and employee experience with digitalization, and finding more efficient and sustainable solutions to optimize supply chains.
Greg co-chairs Dow’s North American Women’s Innovation Network, an Employee Resource Group focused on maximizing the contributions of Dow women to the Company’s success. He is also a member of the Dow United Way of Midland County executive team, the DowPAC leadership team, and serves on the Keep America Beautiful national board of directors executive committee, and chairs the development committee. Greg is the Executive liaison for Dow at Michigan State University where he collaborates on recruiting, research, and serves as a member of the executive steering team for the MSU Axia Institute for Value Chain Innovation.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and certification of executive global leadership from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Married with two children, Greg spends his spare time enjoying family, fitness, sports, outdoors, travel, boating, cars, and supporting community improvements directly and through philanthropy.
