Over the past 20 years, Vicki Dawkins has accumulated numerous business experiences across many different industries, including Electrical Engineering at NASA and Process Control at US Steel. After getting her MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Vicki entered into the supply chain, starting as a commodity manager and working her way up through the ranks at Emerson and Lennox International. In 2013, Vicki was promoted from Vice President Supply Chain Europe at Emerson to Vice President Supply Chain Operations for all of Emerson. In her current role, Vicki manages a global team of 165 people in roles such as supply chain performance, commodities management, logistics, and analytics.

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Vicki has lived in Cocoa Beach, FL – Dallas, TX, and Budapest, Hungary. In addition to being dedicated to her career, Vicki is the proud mother and step-mother of three sons, Erik, Joe, and Brian. Vicki has always been a competitive person, participating on her golf team in college. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing and playing golf with her husband, Mark, and the rest of her family and friends. She is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, and is a board member of Mercy Health Foundation, supporter of United Way, Junior Achievement, Make-A-Wish Foundation, St Joseph Institute for the Deaf and Girl Scouts of America.
