Laury Johnson has been the Senior Vice-President for Global Supply Chain Planning since mid-2017, leading several global planning transformation programs in Schneider Electric. His main mission is to assure the synchronization of end-to-end Supply Chain, from customers to suppliers in order to secure on-time deliveries and customer lead-time and service level requirements, while optimizing a profitable growth and aligning demand & supply through the SIOP Process. Laury Johnson joined Schneider Electric in 2012, where he was the SVP for the Latin America Supply Chain, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, englobing all manufacturing and distribution operations in the region, with substantial results within customer satisfaction, productivity and cash. This was achieved through footprint network optimization and establishing the right connections with businesses and finance.
Laury has more than 35 years’ experience within Supply Chain and Logistics at multi-national businesses, mostly in high-tech companies (HP, Dell). He has always managed complex operations, leading important improvements on the end-to-end supply chain, delivering solid results to the company’s growth, recognized by customer satisfaction figures using innovative methodologies and processes applications. He is passionate about creating teams to serve customers by encouraging people to tap their best talents.
Laury holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA on Foreign Trade Affairs at Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Brazil and an MSc at Georgia Tech/USA in International Supply Chain and Logistics.
