Sophie Grugier is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain. She joined the company in 1990.
For the first twenty years of her career at Schneider Electric, she has worked and diversified her technical expertise in various industrial entities of the group until 2004, when she was promoted to the role of Plant Manager.
Four years later, she joined the Global Supply Chain’s Human Resources team before becoming Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Purchasing function.
Two years ago, Sophie took on her current role as SVP of Human Resources for the whole Global Supply Chain, based in Schneider Electric’s headquarters, in Paris.
In her position, she is responsible for Human Resources for all supply chain professionals within Schneider Electric, working with businesses, regional teams, and central functions.
She and her team ensure that Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain employees enjoy the best working conditions – guaranteeing that employees within the regions can execute their work based on countries and regions they are working in and that employees in the central teams can bring an outside-in perspective to their specific missions and drive for world-class performance.
Ms. Grugier studied electronics and graduated from ITII Chatellerault, earning an engineering degree in industrial production and management.
